Carl Edwards won NASCAR Coca-Cola 600

CONCORD, N.C. — Carl Edwards won the fuel-mileage in Coca-Cola 600, this is his first victory with Joe Gibbs Racing team. He moved front 20 laps from the end to snatch the Coca-Cola 600 last Sunday night.

He have not won in 31 races since June 2014 at Sonoma. Edwards were able to get it at Charlotte Motor Speedway after getting in front and his fellow racers green-flag pit stops close to the end. People are waiting for Edwards to stop but he didn't he remained on the track and cruised to his first victory at Charlotte.

In second place was Greg Biffle, Dale Earnhardt Jr. in third. Edwards stopped his car to do his signature back flip move and went into his crew, still excited about the win.

The win gave JGR a Charlotte sweep after Denny Hamlin won the All-Star Race on May 16th.
